I stayed at a friend's house in seattle last weekend, just for one night.  I remembered my toothbrush, but forgot my deoderant.  I used the deoderant of my friend rather than risk going out into the world with smelly pits.  It was a different brand and flavor of deoderant than I typically use, but I made do.

This morning I woke up at home and put on my normal, familiar smelling deoderant, and by chance also put on the shirt I wore the day I put on the foreign deoderant.  The shirt had not been washed, but I failed to notice until this afternoon that it smells strongly of the foreign deoderant.  Certainly there could be worse things for my shirt to smell like, but now that I am sitting here alone I am a little unsettled that I smell different than normal.
